Mail/iCal and Exchange

Is anyone successfully using Mail/iCal and Exchange? We use Exchange at my company so I use Entourage. After the 10.6 upgrade I tried Mail and iCal - it started off OK but now it's completely useless. iCal syncs then deletes almost everything, mail disappears (permanently) and other people's email shows up as being sent by me (and others). We're around 4000 people round the world so are a relatively large organisation.

Anyone else having major issues?
