I have not been able to access my mtnloaded since 2 March. Is something wrong? I can access it via the web interface though. I use gmail to automatically collect mail from MTNloaded.

We are in the process of replacing both the MTNLoaded Mail Server and the MTN SMTP Server. We expect both of these to be completed in the next few weeks.

I think that this is something bigger than just a statement in this forum. What about the other 2 million people who cannot do business and who might be loosing money. Have they been notified?

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused but we are trying to get the new solutions in as quickly as possible - There has been no official notice sent out but have forwarded all concerns to the product owner who is trying his best to make something available ASAP

Well seeing as this is happening today

we're in the process of looking at another SMTP and MTNLOADED mail solution

can anyone advise when mail.mtn.co.za will be back up and working again ? On dialling 1555 they tell me its being upgraded and there is no time frame - AND who does upgrades during business hours ?????
