I have wasted so much time and data trying to fix this.
When i connect via dial up on windows 7 i can brows for a while and then i get page cant be found,the dns is not responding.When win7 checks for errors it says the dns is not responding.
I then entered 2 ip addresses for this which i found here somewhere and still getting the same error

This started on Thursday morning while constantia towers were being upgraded.I then proceeded to call data department and did all the things they advised me to do....still with no help.
My pc and laptop both has windows 7 and yet need to test this problem on my xp machine which is out of order at the moment.I could test this in vmware but i am just a bit to lazy to install it .
What i do notice is if i down load files of the net the speed on hsdpa decreases slowly until there is nothing.I though it could be the problem with phone via pc and proceeded to download files from the phones browser and it works fine.
I dont know what to do anymore.I am afraid to download huge file and dont want to use a downoad manager.

btw i drove 6 km to my brother to test the internet and still the same problem.
Also this seems to happen most commonly when i download files.But browsing is fine only for a short while
