Did you guys read the article on the main page ?

Best part is the end .....
"Shortly after Roos’s first response was received, he notified MyBroadband that Rain was confident the problem had been found and solved."

Im sorry to say .... that is not true ....
I have excellent signal, zero speed ... problem is NOT SOLVED.
Either he is covering up, or his people is not telling him the true state of affairs

My RAIN is also completely down, even though there is signal (5 bars on both 4 and 5G)

Yes last 5 min been rebooting my side as well 4g is up not even 1mb down.

Location JHB Bedfordview

Still uploading

Rain must be working that well for you then lol

On a side note

So my R250 uncapped works well I can ping out lol, next door neighbor 4g uncapped dead slow and my 5g is down love it Rain thank you.

My ping is jumping between 20 and 3000, speed is at 2mbps-4mbps..... full 5G signal.
I could rather have stayed on my 4mbps adsl which had lower ping and much much MUCH more reliability than this. for the same price

I see they blame some of the problems on a configuration error.

Is "configuration error" rain speak for "we are oversubscribed and we do not have the capacity to provide a best effort service."

Yay, mine is working this morning and I'm getting the fastest speeds I've ever gotten. Oh man I hope they fixed all the problems.

Guys let us not forget Telkom lol. rain is not as bad as telkom or is it not? lol

Riddle me this...... Yes I know that rain is having issues and other guys are not even getting 1 MB , I have also had those days but check this out there has to be something afoot within the network.

Max i have gotten is 700 odd Down and 45 mb up.

I was just smiling...Willem Roos has got no clue what he is talking about, (he is being made a mushroom by his technical personnel), he is so welcome to come and see for himself how 1.1Mbps look in Villieria. Anyway Mr. Roos, please give us the correct and efficient way to cancel this contracts, then at least we will trust something you say.
