Make Telkom pay: ISP CEO

Web Africa CEO, Tim Wyatt-Gunning, says that despite all the back and forth arguments at the competition tribunal this week, the basic fact remains that Telkom is guilty of anti-competitive behavior and should be made to pay.
 
I think that it goes to National Treasury, from whence it can be used to fuel the Gravy Train.

They must get it by selling off some of their assets. They accumulated them by bending us over in the first place.
 
All spot on points raised by Mr Wyatt-Gunning. If only there were at the very least semi-functional people in the relevant posts who could take this to heart and act on it appropriately...
 
Telkom will almost certainly go to shareholders to cough up the fine, ultimately meaning the majority will come from tax payers...
