But this is actually really stupid. If you want the metro start screen then why not install W8 and get a properly made one, plus an overall faster OS? So yeah, your point makes no sense. Except for a few people that can't afford R140, and a few fringe cases.
I did buy Windows 8, but after reinstalling Windows 7, I have completely forgotten about Windows 8.
Just enjoying my pc again, and the fact that my external WD USB3 1TB drive now actually switches off properly again.
Maybe dig out my Windows 8 Pro DVD next year again when you need it to upgrade to Windows 9?
