Making a Cod4 Video (Software)

HI there,

Basically I'm trying to make a CoD4 Video. I'm trying to use the x264 Codec with the Video tut by s0nkite.

When I Install the program megui.exe it installs fine, but when I try and run megui I get this error :


The application failed to initialized properly (0xc00000135) Click on Ok To Terminate the Application.

I've tried to restart my pc, download newer and older versions and even formatted.
