Makro Online Shopping

Hi guys. Anyone else have issues with Makros online delivery and customer service?
I bought a few things for Christmas on the 7th of December from Makro Liquor, I still am waiting for delivery and all they can say is that they busy, and calling them is useless as there staff have no clue and they don't answer emails.
I don't actually know what to do anymore!!!
I do know I'll never shop with them again.

Never heard a single good thing about buying from makro online. Everything was just ppl complaining.

You could just file a did not receive goods claim with your cc bank and buy elsewhere

You may be lucky and get your order for christmas. Just not this one.

My experience with makros delivery is anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months. Wish is faster usually.

Non-dedicated online shopping is either hit or miss. Mostly misses

So far all my orders have been perfect. Typically 4 to 5 days.

Had the same experience with them, was quite surprised at the responses here being so negative
