Well I've contacted them directly.

I either get 4 cases at the price, or a full refund. Don't just unilaterally change the quantity without contacting the client... that is unacceptable.

Please share what the outcome of that is...
 
I have lodged a complaint as well, the least they could of done was to contact the customer 1st, before editing the order.

I did not expect this scumbag move on their end :confused:

I have the order email, with the detail.. That is enough for me.

Deliver product as ordered or refund. No other option is acceptable. If the product was listed incorrectly, then just a refund and an apology for altering the order without notifying the customer.

Its called taking a chance, and if they deliver.. great.. if they cancel, then fair enough it was listed in error.

Just changing the order with no communication is unacceptable, whats to stop them doing it on other orders then?

LOL. People are well aware that it's a mistake, and try to exploit it, and get then upset when it's not honored. LOL

For me personally I knew it was a mistake and took a chance, I kind of expected the order be cancelled or a call or something to say "Oops we made a mistake"... but to change the order without contacting me? Not going to fly.

Figured when I placed the order that I'd simply be getting a single beer and not 12.

Bust on my end. Spoke to head office rep. Apparently we will be consulted and offered a voucher for our inconvenience....

Vouchers, :sick: I hate this return voucher policy thing. I always throw some toys and then I receive my hard earned cash back.

Nah, i wouldnt have stood for that!

Immediate cash refund to my card. And in addition some vouchers when consultant calls tomorrow
