Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 missing!

Wouldn't other pilots and ATC have heard the negotiations though?
 
Currently watching the Netflix series.

One theory is that the pilot was involved.

Another is that the United States were involved and pushed the narrative about the pilot being suicidal to turn attention away from them. Either way, what happened is strange.

One French Journalist did a thorough background check on the pilot and concluded that he showed no suicidal tendencies so you cannot rule out US involvement either or perhaps they did it by error. The theory about US involvement is also backed up by the fact that the pilot would not have known how to manipulate Inmarsat data, something the US would know.
 
This has basically become another Oak Island.... no one knows anything but everyone has an opinion... and no one can even find the damn plane.

Yes, but the most commonly accepted theory before which I admit I fully believed was that captain Shah was responsible but he could have never manipulated the Inmarsat data so there is a chance, he is completely innocent.

Plane likely split into thousands of pieces so may well never be found. Parts of it have been found.

At this point there is so little evidence of anything concrete that even aliens or trans dimensional rifts are likely. People are making too much of this because it's a new mass disappearance, in time it will be just another mystery.

Someone out there knows what happened, most likely in USA or Russia.

The Malayasian guys are incompetent so I doubt they were involved. They'd have been figured out by now if they were.
 
Watched the Netflix docu yesterday. Such a scary and interesting case. Where the heck is the plane?? The pilot did it? The Russians did it? The Mericans did it? The FBI has the pilots simulator hdds. They know something. Whatever cargo was loaded on MH370, someone didn’t want it to arrive in Beijing.

It is very strange. It could have been by mistake. Cant put it past either of them.

It could have been a mistake, but also could have been shot down due to whatever sensitive cargo was on the plane. The cargo which was loaded into MH370 with an escort and no x-rays were done.

There is definitely more to this story, but alas we may wait a long time to find out what really happened.

So many different theories and anyone of them could be a possibility.
 
Also on the suicide possibility.

It still seems the simplest explanation and Captain Shah was highly experienced to do something like this but also, would a suicidal person be able to contrive such a sophisticated plan with their mental state?

With the Germanwings one that went down, he made no attempts to cover it up due to his mental state.
 
Merica theory.

Merica were doing military drills in the South China sea but somehow did not detect the aircraft.

FBI took an aweful long time (literally years) to release the pilots supposed suicidal "flight simulation route" which apparently is not even conclusive.

Merica have close ties to Inmarsat whose data the pilot would not have known how to manipulate but which Merica can.

Aircraft was carrying surveillance equipment headed for China which Merica may not have been happy with.

The problem with that theory is that even if the Navigation data could have been tampered with, that would not cause the radios and Transponders to be switched off, or the climb to such a high altitude where the temporary oxygen for the passengers would have depleted and everyone then where asphyxiated.

The simplest explanation was that the pilot did it. But why is still unknown and probably will forever be.
The ocean is vast and the plane is probably in millions of small pieces. So will be near impossible to find too.
