That is the one. And whites were accused fo being racists by several MBB posters just for being white and going to festivals, or something in that line. Even though some never even heard of the guy that sang the song.
So in saying that we go back to the goose thing. Since the president of the ANC and the rest of his party does nothing about a person like this that speaks for JZ and the ANC. We can then assume all ANC supporters agree with him and they should kill the white people.

Wait I'll find it....

Ah, yes. That's the one. Now, what's worse? Calling someone a name (sticks and stones can break my bones but words can never harm me) or saying commit genocide? *shrug* Really, it's beyond me. Both are stupid, but one is infinitely more so.
Agreed.

@grayston, being frustrated and upset with Juliass's comments is fine, but throwing the "K" word around so flippantly is not. If I were black I would not want Juliass's comments to reflect on me as a person. Nor do I want your comments to be played on as an all white theory. I don't want to be placed in your racist bracket.

Julias Malema is a fool, educated people and some of the "masses" can and will see through all of his hype. He will amount to nothing at the end of his lifespan. He will die a bitter old man with the regretful knowledge that he is the biggest racist in Africa (worse than Mugabe)

... is from those chaps in the PAC who want to kill all white people, not just boers.

"boers" pretty much refers to all white people, even Europeans here on a temporary visit. Don't make a mistake about this, if you are white you are a "boer".

English chavs here for the SWC are "boers" !!!

Grayston is the biggest liberal on this forum, iirc. I guess people are just getting pissed off at remarks made by Malema.

You yank anyone's chain with inane rubbish for long enough, they lose their cool !

These ANC cadres on here are just Trolls, and should be banned !

But I understand what you are saying. ****** is not a colour its and attitude.

I concur. I have to applaud grayston for having the courage (stupidity?) to say that. But if I understand correctly, then I agree. Whether you're white trash mouthing off about wanting to eradicate the world of blacks or whether you're black trash mouth off about wanting to eradicate the world of whites, guess what? That word applies to you. It's the mentality of a savage.

The problem with that word is the power the people in this country gives it. To quote Shakespeare: "What's in a name? That which we call a rose, by any other name would smell as sweet." If you believe that word applies to you, it does. That is one thing I learnt as a gay person, it is one thing that everyone I've ever known who is non-white who has grown up in cloistered backward white communities has learnt -- people can insult you, they can call you names and they can treat you as an absolute outcast but at the end of the day it's up to you how you carry yourself and hold your head high and in the end, it's them who makes a fool out of themselves, not you.

What I'm trying to say is, the word has power because people give it power over them. And to me, that word is meaningless, but Julias Malema is the epitome of a savage, of a mindless and irresponsible buffoon and ultimately, of that word he and those like him give so much power.

Of course Boer is just a broad term for white people - it's just part of the progaganda that they are using to work all their little brainless singing toi toi-ing savages into a frenzy. Is this supposed to scare all the white people out of south africa? Worked really really well for Zim and Mozambique... both countries have a really bright future now that the white boers and portuguese are gone. Now we have foreign tourists coming over - and make no mistake - this will be splashed all over the news in Europe to scare off would be patrons of the World Cup. They love stuff like this! Do I think Malema will get even a slap on the wrist for this?? I am not going to hold my breath.

well said!

Meh. I haven't said the word "kaffír" out loud since I found out what it meant at the tender age of 11. So I don't think this counts as being flippant.

A "kaffír" as I understand it, is a person whose lack of overall intelligence, culture and empathy for others leaves him incapable of positively contributing to society in any way other than highly supervised manual labour. It's also a racial slur which used to be used against any and all members of the black race in South Africa.

Seeing as the ANC is the only real institution in this country which still cares about race, it is understandable that they might see the word 'kaffír' as a racial slur, rather than a comment on Mr Malema's disgusting character. However, I believe that is their problem. If they threaten to kill me for Zuma or anything, it will only add weight to my argument.

If, upon bumping into a random black person on the street, I began to physically or orally abuse him for no reason other than the fact that he was black, then you could certainly accuse me of racism. But I'm not calling Mr Malema a kaffír because he's black. I'm calling him a kaffír because he behaves exactly like the definition of the word.
