My word! The ANC hasn't even got primary education right yet!

Besides, a university which is paid for and decides on its intake has a much higher standing than a community college for free.

Well someone has to pay for it, you can't expect it for free. That's the reality, however people pay for thousands of poor kids to get into university on bursaries every year. So it's clearly not only for the rich.

It's quite funny that Julius thinks he can even talk about university matters when he has no chance of ever getting into one (except for this rubbish). He should probably leave what he doesn't understand alone.

We need world class universities, and yes those you will pay for - do you think the government is going to dish out to universities for colliders? Why do you think fees are so high at many universities? To afford infrastructure.

Or would you prefer these graduates are lost to overseas and the education you do receive becomes a joke? Maybe grant zero interest government loans to students qualifying at these institutions would be a solution.

But the ANC can provide free tertiary education at community colleges or a government university. If they don't then you save and work your ass off to pay for UNISA - not everything is free, free, free. Eventually you have to put your nose to the grindstone and work for it!

Besides the ANC has yet to provide decent free primary education. Walk before you run, or was that crawl before you walk?

So please, don't be so closed minded when I say that most universities should maintain the status quo for the sake of international standing and a hig level of education. Or would you prefer to drag everyone down?

I mean, if your reference point is some place in Cuba, Russia or Nigeria how would you know what a world class institution meant?
 
I think Malema is very smart, he knows how to get people behind him, he knows that by saying or calling Zille "Madam" for example he will make people laugh, and people usually warm up to you when they laugh, it's like a woman, a woman will give herself to you if you make her laugh :D. So, despite not liking what he stands for, I'm starting to understand why he is so popular, and calling him an idiot won't help to make him unpopular. Malema has the same qualities as Hitler, and Hitler went on to be the absolute leader of Germany even though many educated Germans called him an idiot and insulted him. So I don't think insulting Malema and calling him an idiot will change things. "Keep you friends close and your enemies even closer".

but still some of them like Thabo Mbeki, Tito Mboweni graduated with masters from the UK universities
