What fazed me a bit was the talk about "fourth estate". Someone has been reading history books about the french revolution. Roaming bands ftl.

Standard "introduction to politics" first year terminology ;) ANCYL chestbangers (the ones who join the YL exclusively for purposes of gravy train fast-tracking) think that using such terms makes them sound like intellectuals. You should see some of the tutorial papers turned in on the French revolution when I was tutoring :eek: CLUELESS!

Agreed. If any of my friends say that they aren't going to vote in the next election, 'cause their votes won't matter, I'm going to punch them in the face.
