Man dies while motorists steal

A couple of weeks ago a old lany was knocked over on seapoint main rd.. midday, mid-week.. while my gf was attending to here a guy ran up and tried to steal the old ladies bag...

There are two crimes here...

1) failure to look after an injured man
2) theft
