Mango plays it safe online

Wow. Talk about playing it safe.

I suppose they can't be too careful but it's maybe a little paranoid too soon.

No matter how many domains you register, an angry customer will be able to register something relevant.

Rather concentrate on getting a website that actually works. I have been trying to access the site for three days now and have not yet had it load.

Kind of pointless. You can't possibly even think of all the combinations a person that is so disgusted with a company, can think of.

hahahahaha - its interesting how they actually already expect to deliver bad service ey; prevention is better than cure, so lets prevent people from telling people that our service is going to be bad anyway....

WHY DON'T THEY JUST IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE, from the start.

It's like giving out condoms for Aids prevention; instead of telling people to just slow down on the sex with different partners all the time (not including those who got it because it wasn't their fault) with all respect!!!!!!

I think the pertinent question would be about who is to pilot the planes? This could be tied to the recent SAA moves to "empower" more black pilots. I for one would not trust my life to a few hours of simulated training; SAA/Mango are definitely off my list.

Peace.

Apparently its retired SAA pilots, and they've also recruited a lot of pilots from Nationwide. The empowerment plans haven't come through yet, if SAA are stupid enough to implement them everyone else'll sit back and watch while their passenger numbers drop by 80% overnight.
