Hello all

I am in urgent need of help.. I have a Telkom Mega100WR router..

How do I map a port that uTorrent uses on my router to direct all traffic to my pc's ip address?

Thanks in advance...

I don't have that specific router but you've got to first know which ports uTorrent uses....then port forward that port to your machines IP. I'm sure someone will respond and tell you exactly where to go for your specific router...

hmmmm.
ok
I go advanced > application > Port Forwarding

I select my IP of my PC

Now it gives me a list
-Games
-VPN
-Audio/Video
-Servers
-User

So I guess I go to User > New

Now it gives me :

Rule Name:
Protocol:
Port Start: Port End:
Port Map:

So what do I fill in here? The port that I use for uTorrent is 6879..

Please help..

Thanks

hey guys

phoned my ISP but they can't help me with this (not in their area of expertise)

Please help!!!!

Rule Name: utorrent
Protocol:TCP/UDP
Port Start:6879 Port End:6879
Port Map: 6879

I think.....

yeah I used it for my war3 too... what!
haha i just found uTorrent in the list..
thats awesome..
giving it a bash now
thanks Spooner xD

crap.. still same error message :(

if i might add this:
what will this portforward do?

i was told to portforward this port because it was disrupting the other ISP's internet connection on another pc in the house..

is this correct?
