On second thought, I don't think he lives there. All his stock photos are from different places. One Betty's Bay, one False Bay, one Greyton. Only the last one looks like his own photo and that's probably another temporary accomodation.
And with that lifestyle Starlink makes more sense as you can't be installing fibre at every caravan park you go to lol.

I don’t have to go on holiday, I live on holiday. I work from my lay-z-boy at home and go paddling on the lagoon/walking on the beach/hiking on the krantzes in my breaks. I don’t have to live in a city and commute daily. If I want, I can just get in my car and find a caravan park or B&B in the most amazing parts of the country and work from anywhere.

That’s the future I’m game for. Having fibre is a poor substitute.

Post your speed test to the UK and justify moving to a fibre serviced location. I’m open to suggestions. In the mean time not even this morning’s grey skies are going to convince me to move.

Nice but too isolated for me. I like my cities, and busy vibe and traffic :)

Last one is my home. It’s a small trip up the drag to the rest of the Sunshine Coast, Wild Coast and Drakensburg.

In my experience. Besides...it might be that theobile networks there are having issues servicing roaming Vodacom customers on their network due to connectivity issues in their country due to the cable breaks. Hardly Vodacom's fault.

Psst. When you get to the first future, go see the penguins. The boardwalk to walk above them is currently closed for maintenance. They really are very cute ;)

Went there a couple weeks ago, it was awful. Walkways closed, restaurant closed, info center closed, savage ice cold wind blowing the stinkiest air imaginable straight up my nose (the stink coming from the extreme masses of rotting rooiaas piled up on shore after a storm).

Been there many times and it's always been beautiful. This time was an absolute horror show. Left as soon as I spotted my first penguin.
