It's sad to see so many complaints how WA's support in this thread. Their 24/7 support used to be one of the biggest reasons why I tried sticking it out with them for so long before I could no longer tolerate the shaping and was forced to switch ISPs.

Yes you can use our capped accounts on a Telkom fibre link.

we've increased the thresholds to allow for more usage on all our uncapped accounts so customers can use much more than before without moving a star.

Now that the word "Thresholds" comes in,what is this threshold?I believe I once read in another thread(something to do with the 7-10 day rolling threshold period?) that one could "safely" use...70GB? per week before they notice any speed reductions(Throttling?) on WA's network(2Mbps line/package).I'm considering signing up BUT holding on for Afrihost's EXCITING new products.A rough guide would do.
