I've also been experiencing really bad reception over the past week
I've called the network coverage department at MTN and they will send out a technician to investigate.

Currently I can't browse/download without an interruption and it's super slow with many timeouts.

I hope durbans coverage improves.. the only 3g coverage here is Gateway and City Centre apparently
