They have morphed into an investment/holding company.
Headquarters are at Taurusavenue 105, 2132 LS Hoofddorp, Netherlands.
Might still be incorporated here though, which would make them SA based
 
I thought I will give it a try until I saw it is optimised for iPhone 5. Seeing that iPhone 6 has been out for months, I can be bothered with software that does not care to keep up with technology. I won't even download it. Happy with Whatsapp which is optimised for iPhone 6.

Strategically it's a very good move for them.

No racist government, no constant load shedding and no BEE reports & quotas = absolute bliss.

There are not many people of importance in the Cape Town office (Which is mainly Media24. And has now been re-branded as such)

Oh, you have some insight as to why they have moved the operation of the holding company to the Netherlands? Or are you casting your own racist issues on them?

As Naspers itself is now mainly a private equity / investment company, being based in the Netherlands is an natural move. Especially as their CEO is from there. And it has nothing to do with your racist views

Does it force you to use DSTV? And whats wrong with DSTV? (I don't subscribe to it, but it is an excellent service)

Nope, it doesn't. But DSTV advertises it next to FB at Twitter, only because it is in the family. I guess it is their right to do so, but on the chat scale, it barely registers, even with this promotional article by MyBB.

As for DSTV being an excellent service, you must be joking. Either that your your standards are very low. Constant reruns of old programs, advertising themselves to ad nausea because they can not fill the advertising space with paying customers, crappy quality of broadcasts (audio and video) and then a customer service that does not service the customer. I was a subscriber, but cancelled because of this.

Exactly. That is why I am not paying for the product at the offered price. I found it not good value.
