Marvel still puts out good stuff. I think they’re just in a transition phase now after finishing the Avengers saga. But that was such an incredible feat of storytelling it’s gonna be hard to top.

My fear is that Neo becomes the Oracle, baking biscuits & spitting riddles while some young up & coming 'the One' looks on confusedly at the crazy old man in his kitchen. Smell good don't they.

Well Matrix uses some pretty universal symbolism and it could be applied to just about anything. It's part of what makes it so great I guess, but the problem is that some proper ****nuts can misuse it to justify their own terrible beliefs
