It looks like my rollover from April to May is missing. I was OOB end of March, so there would have been no roll-over into April. April I had 270Mb left over, but for May I only see the new 2.3GB bundle size and the roll-over is missing.

This is contract with a month-to-month bundle. Anyone else seeing the same?

Month Threshold Used Bundle Remaining Bundle Expiry Date
May 2.30GB 11.29 MB 2.29GB 20100630
April 2.00GB 1.74GB 270.09 MB 20100531
March 2.00GB 2.00GB 0.00 MB 20100430

Yeah, I see the same, I have a 2GB Broadband Standard month-to-month and *111# only shows 2.3GB available, I don't see my 1GB that should have been carried over.

I called 155 and got the "we are experiencing high call volumes" message, eventually got through to a lady who verified all my details and told me she could see I had 1.04GB remaining from April and then said she had to put me through to the data department on 155.

Anyway, back on hold and more of that infuriating Toto song, eventually got through to a gentleman who again verified all my details, and after I explained my problem tried to tell me that even though I didn't use all my data last month it doesn't always carry over. I told him I know that carry over only works every second month. He asked me to send 'mm' to 31050 and it reported 2344MB available. He checked on his Morpheus system and it showed 2.3GB available, I waited while he called another department (billing?) and their Icap system showed I had 3.33GB remaining. He told me they are experiencing a problem with their system and I must check later today or tomorrow and if I still don't see the carried over data I must call in again. He wouldn't give me a reference number.

At the end of the 29 minute call he asked me to stay on the line to rate the service, but then I got the message "the number you have dialed does not exist" so I hung up.

Guess the system automatically rate your satisfaction as high as it can possibly be...

I lost my Vodacom roll over (1GB) in December thanks to their error.

They acknowledged the error and promised they'd add a bolt on in February. I took their word, used my 1GB and they found out later they didn't add it - so R1,200.00 OOB for the 2nd error. I've just decided to write off the money and the 1GB *shrug*

Same here - No roll over from April. I'll see if I can fish arround a bit tomorow and post here if I get any usefull info.

I have two data contracts with Vodacom. Account info at www.vodacom.co.za for the 1Gig Standard account shows the data bundles, usage and amount available for the past three months and also shows the total available at present which includes last month's carry over. Account info for the 1Gig Advanced contract shows "You are not subscribed to any data bundles".

The problems that have been plaguing the network for the past few weeks seem to have migrted to the billing system!

Still broken as of this morning, looks like I'm going to have to call again and insist on a reference number this time.

Hi All

I know i haven't asked yo guys for your numbers. i do know that checking your bundle via *111# and mm to 31050 is not showing your carry over data. Please check your usage on the new www.vodacom.co.za site.

If you look at May remaining bundle it will not show you carry over as well, only what is left from the May bundle. The total available bundle will show your carry over data.

I would login to the new site if I could, but my existing credentials don't work, nor will it let me re-register (you have PM with the error).

The old v4me balances site still reflects the same details as when I originally reported the problem.

Hi VD

I also had ~500MB remaining on April, but went on a gaming/download spree this weekend :). Strangely enough, it shows me that i used 400MB odd from my May bundle, but my left over from April still remains.

Since my April bundle will expire first, wont it make sense to use that data first?

Total remaining data is reported as 1.3GB which is correct, except that it seems to be using the data for May first.

It makes more sense for Vodacom to use your new bundle first so your old bundle will expire before you get to use the data.

inherited our standby laptop for the week, and finding the same issue. no may rollover :

Month Threshold Used Bundle Remaining Bundle Expiry Date
May 600.00 MB 4.47 MB 595.53 MB 20100630
April 500.00 MB 0.00 MB 500.00 MB 20100531

since it seems to be a general problem, will vodacom resolve for all or should i personally follow up. (how do i go about this, if so ?)
