May Data Rollover Missing?

If you log on to the vodacom.co.za site you can check if the bundle was carried over. You can send me the number and i will confirm.
 
I still have not been allocated my rollover data for April (using old v4me balances page).

I have replied. I cannot comment on what the new site says (can't login or register), but the balances page still does not reflect the rollover. I started the Month with 2.3 (the new size) where I should have started with 2.57 (including 270mb rollover).
 
When I checked my balance at the beginning of the month I had the same thing. My 79MB from April did not roll over for May. But as I said I checked on 1 or 2 May. Unable to check now though - "Error fetching the balances for the contract customers."

Checking on vodacom4me I get the following:-

As I've said, I've tried that and it either does not log me in (returns me to the main page without logging me in), or when I check for Account Info it gives me this message - "Error fetching the balances for the contract customers."
 
@ginggs is you roll-over fixed yet?

@VodacomData, as per the PMs I still cannot register on the Vodacom site, however the old v4me site still does not show the rollover and I am pretty sure that is pointing at the same backend as the new site, so I have my doubts that the new site will show any different.

Thanks. Your screenshot has a total bundle available value, which I do not have in v4me, which reflects the correct remaining bundle. The Threshold and remaining bundle values are however exactly what I have in v4me. So I guess the threshold value needs to be fixed?

Edit: I guess I will wait for the next fix as per your subsequent mail.

Hi All

Can you please test the *111# service for checking your data bundle , it previously wasn't showing your carry over data but should now. I have tested the mm to 31050 but this still seems to show the bundle excluding the carry over.
