May Data Rollover Missing?

Hi All

Can you please test the *111# service for checking your data bundle , it previously wasn't showing your carry over data but should now. I have tested the mm to 31050 but this still seems to show the bundle excluding the carry over.

*111# is working correctly for me too.

I concur, *111# now includes carry over, "mm" to 31050 does not.

Now need to fight with another department to get the mm service working.

Vodacom is getting closer but still no cigar.

Account info for my advanced data contract is no longer showing an error message. It is now showing the data usage and remaining data for March and April as well as the total available. It does not, however, show any consumption for May and there is a message "No data bundles registered".

As there was no carry-over last month I must assume that the total available reflects the balance available this month. The problem is that the amount shown as available is virtually exactly what Netmeter says I have used to date. If it is the actual balance then it is reflecting the total that was available to me 4 days ago! Information this old is actually worse than useless and it would be better not to publish it at all.

The account info for my standard data contract is, and has always been, (since I've started checking anyway) fairly accurate given that it is not updated in real time. The problem, therefore, seems to be with advanced data contracts.

I have checked with a few clients and they were able to register on the site as well as log in and check the balance.

When I try and register I get the following:

Error in getting the Master Account Details.
Please verify your information and try again.
 
My 3 contacts are working now. Balances are reflecting correctly.

I called 111 earlier to ask about changing to a Broadband Advanced 2GB bundle (which apparently doesn't exist), thought I'd get them to check on my data bundle balance at the same time. They told me I have depleted my May bundle (as I expected) but that I had used all of my April bundle in April and didn't carry anything over.

If they lost my carry over I'm looking at about 1GB @ out-of-bundle rates! :eek:

I got a reference number and a message saying it will take 14 working days to investigate. VD can you help please? I just want to know if my 1GB carried over from April correctly or whether I'm getting a huge out-of-bundle bill next month. I can't tell anything from the vodacom4me.co.za or vodacom.co.za web sites.
