Anybody else excited to watch this fight?

Mayweather: 44 fights, 44 wins, 0 losses, 0 draws
Canelo: 43 fights, 42 wins, 0 losses, 1 draw

I generally watch the big fights, and they quite exciting most of the time.

This time around I watched a little bit of a show called “All Access Mayweather vs Canelo” – where they show who the fighters are, what they preparations are before the fight. Its chalk and cheese. Money and excess (Mayweather) vs the basics (Canelo). The show hyped up the fight even more than normal for me.

Whatever the result, its going to be big. If Mayweather wins, he remains undefeated – extremely rare in boxing. If Canelo wins, will be a massive upset, and it will severly knock Mayweather’s ego – and massive for the sport.

14th September (15th for us here in SA)

I can't wait for this clash!

My money is on Mayweather, but he's getting old so I'm not 100% sure about that...

On the one hand i want to see him keep his unbeaten record. But i also want to see the basics win over the excesses of Floyds Money Team.

I am torn!

Hey Boxer fans

Yes oh my word, finally a huge matchup! Im very excited for this matchup.I rewatched Money beating up JMM last night again.Today i will rewatch Canelo making Trout do the stanky legg lol

I honestly dont think that Canelo will be able to touch Money, he is too darn fast, too defensive. Its going to be a hell of a fight. They say its easy money for Floyd...$41 000 000, that is ridiculous but well deserved for Mayweather.

Its usually Sunday morning just after 05h00. I can't remember the exact time. Don't think you will find a bar open at that time.

Yeah it is usually like that.
But I hope to see Floyd hit the canvas. I hate that defensive boxing style. I like fighters who go out gunz blazing :D

LOL eish, gotta love time zones.I will just download it.

Im also keen on watching the following

GGGs next fight. He is going up against a very strong opponent with a highlight reel of knockouts,Curtis Stevens.

JMM vs Tim Bradley - After Tims last beating by the russian I think he is not the same person anymore, his eyes looked permanently glazed in interviews after that beating.

Manny vs Bam Bam Rios - If Manny looses, he is going to retire. We all know that he won the Tim Bradley fight and was robbed. He got unlucky against JMM, but JMM looked huge and ripped for the matchup so i suspect foul play.

Other fights i will watch

David Haye vs Tyson Fury - I want to see David smash this idiots face.

Miguel Cotto vs Delvin Rodriguez - Cotto is out of retirement and being trained by Roach,I want to see if this was a good or bad decision by Cotto as i believe that he should have stayed retired.

Wladimir Klitschko vs Alexander Povetkin - Just want to see Wlad do his regular jab jab jab cross.

Mike Alvarado vs Ruslan Providnikov - Ruslan is a heck of a fighter. He will obliterate Alvarado and everyone ringside will have high dry cleaning bills.:D

I said that in Post number 6 YingYang lol

Yup and you still get some idiots thinking that MMA is the largest, most popular contact sport.MMA has its place, but boxing has been the contact sport for ages.

Mayweather 36 years=44 fights
Canelo 23 years = 43 fights.

This indicates canelo has fought more lower ranked fighters.

I think canelo will find the step up in class to much.

Why must you make my enjoying of boxing somehow inferior just because I don't like watching someone back-tracking and running away all day.
