The diet of mysery was done three weeks ago.
So glad that is over, and cinnabon I cinnabon have been behaving cinnabon myself. Maybe cinnabon, its time to cinnabon treat myself cinnabon.

I'll save you some time - if it doesn't contain buttermilk, and most dont, then don't bother.

In regard to your inquiry about the ingredients for our Classic Cinnabon Roll and our Minibon, the rolls contain wheat, buttermilk, soy, and eggs. The frosting contains cream cheese, eggs, milk, margarine, and natural and artificial vanilla and lemon flavors. There is a possibility for cross contamination with pecans.

So, hosehead, for the sake of authenticity… care to confirm that your über secret recipe contains buttermilk?
