MCTS: Web Applications Certification

Guys, I've been looking around for this certification...but I notice that most of these courses are offered online and not classroom training. Has anyone completed such a course online? What are the challenges? Am I better off doing such training in a classroom environment, where you have a lecturer/trainer or can I still manage it as easily on my own (online)?

Please recommend best institutions where these courses are offered, so far Netcampus and Torque-IT are the ones that seem credible to me.

I would recommend Torque IT for instructor-led courses.

I actually studied all my Microsoft certifications with Netcampus (previously known as Netscope), but now they only offer online courses and changed their name to "Netcampus". Netscope was really good with training when they still gave instructor-led courses - I don't know what their online material is like. Personally, I prefer instructor-led courses and that's the reason I recommend Torque IT.

I see the Web Applications certification is still on 2.0. Will they be changing that to 3.5 soon?

I think the "upgrade" for MCTS / MCSD / MCAD to 3.5 is only being released sometime in June.
