Measure Data up and down

Hi Guys
Please can you tell me if I be able to measure basically how much data I have used for a period ( In Total ) and what software will i be able to use.

My setup is as follows :
Billion Router = My PC is connect and two other Laptop connect to the Router wireless. Windows 7. 4 Meg ADSL Line

Netlimiter can do it, there is a free version. It uses a lot of CPU every now and then with me and I dislike keeping it on my PC, might work well for you though.

Never had a problem with netlimiter. Also netpeeker works well, but would suggest netlimiter over it.
