Has anyone here recently or frequently used MediaWOB to buy US iTunes Store vouchers? I see they're currently listed as out of stock, but with a 24-hour delivery. It's been about 36 hours now since I ordered mine and I have no voucher and also no reply to any of my queries. Are they on US time? Has anyone else had similar experiences?

I ordered from mediaWob even tho it said out of stock. I got the voucher number within 12 hours.

My word... Is PayPal EVER a P.O.S... Worst on-line payment experience ever. So I have my CC verified on PayPal, but the payment to MaximusCards keeps on rejecting. My kingdom for Google Checkout...

I've been waiting for my voucher since Monday now. I've managed, with some intermittent success, to get vouchers from MaximusCards who are cheaper and faster, so I'd seriously suggest that people do not use MediaWob. Maybe they're on holiday or something, but I've heard nothing from them for almost the whole week now. Avoid, and use someone more reliable, faster AND cheaper like the aforementioned MaximusCards.

+1 MediaWob is crap - MaximusCards deliver immediately..

Update: Finally received my voucher from MediaWOB on Saturday with much apologising from MediaWOB for 'circumstances beyond their control'. They claimed that they did reply to my previous mails and the internet somehow ate the messages. I think I'll stick to Maximums Cards for future purchases, thanks.

Ok, just an update on Mediawob. After using them numerous times with success, always getting the voucher within a couple of hours, they now seem to have gone.
The site is still there, the payment still works, but the voucher never comes. I had to go through the whole paypal dispute thing to get my money back. And throughout the 15 days the dispute takes there was not one reply from them.

So MediaWob is off the list.

Out of all the ones above, MaximusCards is the best, Mediawob is the worst and this squirrel effort (post above) is definitely the most dodgy!

Hi Madman,

As the owner of MediaWoB it is indeed upsetting to read information like this. Can you please PM me the email account you used when ordering, as well as some other specifics (dates, etc), so I can follow up on this?

To be clear: while we have recently had some delays in getting new stock, we have never just not sent someone their codes while keeping their money. Other sites selling codes make use of virtual iTunes Gift Certificate that can and do get cancelled by Apple (we know, since we also sold them in the beginning). We now go into normal retail stores in the US, buy iTunes Gift Cards, scratch open the codes, and then enter them into our database from where they are emailed to customers. While this has the obvious drawback of taking time, it has the advantage that Apple has no way of knowing the card was not bought by a US resident (where applicable ;)).

Kind Regards,
MediaWoB

I used MediaWob just a few days ago (DEC 2010), and they were great, they sent me a card just minutes after ordering, granted the code was wrong, but I emailed them and they fixed it immediately. Only problem is that they only have $25 cards atm.

I used PCGameSupply.com and they worked fine. They also mail the codes from a card they buy at store.

Used mdeiawob for the first time this month,it was great got my voucher within a min, i usually use wildtwig though
