Not too sure they will gain much market share. The market momentum and hardware and software developer support seems to be with Google Android.

Nokia's OS is native Linux, I think its more open.

Has anyone actually tried it? I saw a demo on youtube, downloading it for myself. gonna check it out on my netbook. then I'll see if I should go with UNR, Win7 starter or this...

In terms of market share, you must remember that outside the US, Nokia's still one of the biggest players in the handset market, especially amongst business users. They bring out a range of phones with a good Linux based OS and well supported, and yes, it will gain significant market share.
