I am setting up a meeting room at home for online meetings.
This is the current Setup
1 x HD Projector
1x Smart Tv
A Yealink conference phone with 2 extra Bluetooth mics
1 x normal webcam - ( Need to replace for preferably a web conference webcam) [ Recommendations welcome]
However, now that I have everything connected I want to reduce the number of cables I have to connect.
The HDMI is connected to the Projector while the Tv is connected to a USB 3 port using an adaptor.
The current webcam is connected via Usb while the speakers and mic are connected via bluetooth.
We mainly use MS Teams for meetings. The 2 separate display screens are needed as during presentations we need to see the presentation and also who is in attendance in the other locations.
So far the only idea I've had is to use an in table connectivity box to neaten it up a bit but it doesn't resolve the problem.
