Mega 105 Bridge Mode and WiFi

I have a Telkom Mega 105WR ADSL router which supports WiFi as well. Initially I had the router act as the modem (establishing the ISP connection), as well as WiFi access point - all working well.

I wanted a bit more control over my setup and I'm now using another server at home responsible for establishing PPPoE connection (ADSL modem in bridged mode). This server is also a DHCP server.

I now still want to use the Wifi access point of the Mega 105 router to allow wireless clients on the network as well, but I'm having trouble with this setup. The clients manage to establish wireless connectivity (shared WEP key and everything), but doesn't get assigned an IP. I tried a couple of different options without any luck. Even if I assign a static IP on the clients, the traffic generated by the client is not routed as expected.

My current setup:

wired_clients(A) -> switch(B) -> home_server(C) (dhcp, pppoe, nat, etc) -> mega_router(D) -> isp (E)

The home server has to NICs (one for B-C and one for C-D). I now want to basically enable the WiFi on D again, but this must forward DHCP (and basically all traffic) back to C.

My other option would be to rather add a separate WiFi AP to the switch inside my network (B). It just feels wrong to introduce a separate AP if I've got one already available, but if I battle too much with the configuration I'd rather do that.

I can provide more detail if necessary.. I just wanted to find out if someone has a similar setup?
