Megsapp Feedback and Support Thread

Sorry, it's much later now, but mine is fine in Cape Town.
No problem, I sent their WhatsApp support a message and apparently they had to "reset my network", whatever that means...
 
Anyone able to use the Android app? Can't get in. Can't submit number for login (button is greyed out), nothing happens when you put in the pin, nothing happens if you click reset pin.

Also sent whatsapp message to the support bot, but also seems to be offline.
 
Their support is beyond useless, first an auto-response, the usual script stuff on what to do (re-install app), then 10 minutes to ask me for my phone model - then another 8 minutes to tell me to clear the cache on a newly installed app to solve the problem.
(flat out ignoring that the USD code is also giving an error - unrelated to the app).

Gave up - bought data elsewhere.
 
25GB bundle is the only reason I use Megsapp. Might aswell cancel now.
