Memory card data recovery

My daughter format her memory stick, and then realize she did not back up a file.

How can she recover it.

If this doesn't work, then you are out of options, memory cards / flash drives are extremely hard to recovery data from if not impossible. Always keep backups of the data you have on your memory cards.

This. just dont copy anything onto the card in the meantime. it will overwrite the old data

thanks, she found a project was save like 5 days before the deed, on a computer, so she decide to redo the last 5 days. she did download and try to recover but with no luck.
