Clearly you have lost control of the situation, in this instance, when she says she's sorry, tell her you will consider her apology, but you dont want to see her or talk to her for a while.
If she throws a hissy fit walk away or leave and go out for the day, switch your cell off.
Its a game, and at the moment, she has the upper hand, if you arent going to be strong about what you feel or how you feel, then you are going to be walked over and hurt in the long run.
