That is the point the math classes were paid for to her...she did not pay teacher.
Next option pay teacher directly...she does not take child to teacher for classes..father not allowed to take child as mother does not allow contact.

So what do you do?
The school requested that child goes to additional math classes. Mother has custody and is not allowing visitation rights. So how is father supposed to support their child if the mother is not allowing it?

What did you do to poison the relationship to that extend?

I would cut all financial support.

This 1 million times. Woman get away with it men don't. (courts and justice system is biased)

Court order states she must allow visitation rights. She does not.
Get cops involved as per process as she is in violation of court order.
She creates such a fuss and lays complaints against the officers...now the cops refuse to go anymore.

So now what? Grow some balls and go beat the crap out of her as what you are suggesting (to grow a pair).
All that does is gets you a nice jail term.

All legal options have been exhausted.

Grow some balls and put the money aside until she honours her side of the deal. Why would you get the cops involved in the first place? What are they going to do? Forcefully remove the kid so you can have visitation for a weekend? That's a ridiculous selfish way to just traumatise the kid.

I know plenty of men that get away with not paying child support. The idea that only women get away with it is stupid and wrong.

You and the "grow some balls". You clearly have no clue what you are talking about.
If I withhold maintenance I am in contempt of court and as the court is biased guess what I get locked up but nothing happens to her for not honoring a court order.

After a failure to uphold a court order guess what went back to court. Won that case as well.
She still not honoring it. Next legal step is to get the police involved as per legal requirements, standard procedure.

And where did I mention anything about not paying child support?

So where the F must I grow some balls.
Get a divorce and lets talk otherwise you have no clue what you are talking about.

So when you say grow some balls, you really mean walk away from your children? Because I don't see another alternative. If he goes there and takes them, he gets arrested.

Please tell us, oh wise one, what exactly should he do? Don't just say grow some balls, spell out in specific detail what he should do WHILE not landing in jail while doing so. He can't be a father at all while he is in jail.

Some personal experience here. Friend of mine had issues over custody whilst he was paying a shîtload of money as child support basically financing the ex's lifestyle whislt she was not allowing him to see his own kid. It was just never really convenient for her when he wanted visitation.

He stopped the flow of money and all of a sudden she was willing to negotiate again.

Sometimes you need to walk away. Or show that you are serious and not a push over. Especially if you are just being used as a cashcow without any real involvement in the kids life in anyway.

He isn't going to land in jail for withholding child support for a few months if he has to. That is ridiculous. Get off the internet and experience real life.

Went to court and lost that part. Had to pay the missed maintenance plus penalties. Same court told her to allow visitation rights.....not happening.

Only because you haven't met with any of the problems that can affect you. Women are allowed to pass off a child if they don't want it. Men don't have a say in this. Unless they want custody the child gets put up for adoption without them having any rights. Yet in many states the father doesn't have that option and if the mother keeps the child they have to provide for it. They don't have the option to give up their child. It doesn't matter if it was stupid one night stand, or if they got drunk, or even if the woman stole their sperm. Genetics is used to determine that you have to provide for the child. That's how far feminism has swung the pendulum.

No only in a relationship of traditional gender roles is that valid. Children need both parents and shared custody has actually proven to be the best option. They need both female and male role models in their lives if they are going to succeed in their relationships. Being a single mother is just as bad as a single father as when you use most of your time to work you can't really take care of the child and pass it off to someone else.

You should also look at the reasons people get divorced. Yes often it's the men but often it's the women. How is a child going to be better off with a mother that wrecked her relationship?

She is just not as scared of SA legal system as you are.

She got slap on wrist for not honoring previous court order...shown doors of cell, nope.

So no she did not get slammed legally.

I don't even know why there is this breakdown in the relationship so possibly fix that. If that's impossible then.

Yes and get a better lawyer.

If she doesn't honour their agreement there is no reason for him to.
