It needs to be logged as an isolated fault now with your ISP.

Looks like some MFN changes are coming, got the following from my ISP.
20/20Mbps - No Change
50/50Mbps - Price increase as of 1 June 2023
100/100Mbps - No Change
200/200Mbps - Discontinued as of 1 Feb 2023
400/400Mbps - New as of 1 Feb 2023 Same Price as 200/200Mbps
500/500Mbps - No Change
1000/250Mbps - Price decrease as of 1 March 2023

Hi. We have applied the price drop for the 1000/250Mbps line and all other changes will be communicated to clients in due course.

There are some promotional changes also happening. 50 and 100Mbps clients move to 400/400Mbps on a promotional period for 3 months. 200/200 clients move to the new 400/400 speeds for free at the same rate.

The speed changes are being done in a phased approach. We have done the changes on our side and it should kick in as soon as Metro do the changes on their side.

Yes, but I am with CISP and not Afrihost. Will give it an hour or so if it does not improve log a ticket.
