@AfriNatic are Afrihost planning on coming up with any new pricing for the FTTH packages? I've been with you guys for a very long time and I don't really want to jump ship but the pricing for 50/50 compared to other ISP's is ridiculous

@Afrigirl @AfriNatic good afternoon guys, so after upgrading to 250/250 my speedtest on my Google wifi is showing me 50 down and 89 up.
When I was supposed to get the free upgrade to 400/400 I was only getting 89/89 so I'm not certain what the problem could be

Old router with 100mb ports? Shitty wifi?
Tp link Archer VR1400 and then Google wifi off that. For some reason if I plug the ONT directly into the Google wifi then I get no signal

I think you have to activate again if you change mac addresses. @AfriNatic

Looks like the archer has gigabit ports, not sure why you have slow speed.

Maybe the cable between archer and google?
I'm pretty sure I'm using the cable that came with the Google wifi

Try lan connection from archer. Then check cable between ont and archer if slow.

I assume you have 3 lan cables. I think its a network cable problem. Try each one between ONT and Archer.
I was upgraded about a week ago. Although, afrinatic did it for me via pm, maybe mfn are slack. pm him and afrigirl to check for you?
