For past week now, customers across the road of me complained they do not have internet for two weeks now. Firstly Vodacom blamed Metrofibre then did a test and found Metrofibre is not providing a stable connection for the customers. This is a big problem because 2 weeks with no service and still having to pay full price is a big problem for anyone.
So I was wondering if the same problem is happening in other areas as well. I since then invested in a LTE backup because I have to children that is home-schooled they can't afford down time.
As I understand it Metrofibre is fixing the problem but only after two weeks of investigations.
