Well they replaced my card, but still had ds atten of 49. Strange thing is I switched from the Telkom DG834GUv5 to a cheap micronet router and it drops back to 31. So obviously the modem is faulty, gonna get it swapped out.

Howzit Guys, can anyone give me a bit of advice please. Im also staying on Kingsisher crescent in meyersdal and just got my 4meg line from Telkom yesterday after waiting for 11 months. Im using mweb as my ISP but my downlaod speeds are extremely! slow. I dont get more than 60kbps on http and 40kbps on P2P no matter what time of the day it is. General surfing is also slow. Im not sure if this is because of the telkom line or MWEB.

There have been multiple problems this week. Mweb had their own problems (which should be resolved by now)... while it seems that most of us in Alberton South are having our own set of problems...
