To most people, google slowing down means the internet was dying. One 404 error to an idiot at his PC was enough for him to ignite the "internet is dying" story. I bet during the 9/11 atrocities more people flooded the net........ So all of you who saw the internet dying, you might have drank a little too much or were to sleepy to notice that the net was working....

I was up online when it happened. Twitter did go slower than dripping snail slime with news sites also going slow. It had an impact, that is for sure. But as was mentioned. The web cannot be brought down. Just sites...
