I have been trying to get a micro-sim for my Galaxy S4, but they have difficulty in transferring my original number to the new SIM. Got charged R50 for the trouble but SIM stopped working after a day. They say it is blocked but don't know why.
Staff blame each other and tell me the other branch is useless, they have plenty of complaints, but actually do nothing. I eventually bought a new SIM and had the old number ported back to the new one, but this is a full sized SIM
