sim swap waiting period

Lost my Sim for a few months, did a sim swap early April, loaded loads of airtime & paid off my R167 advance[I know... yes they carry over]. Then the next day the sim reverts to the new number when I put it in a different[my] phone.

I tried doing another sim swap but it's not working. Probably suspect fraud due to multiple attempts. Please help. I started believing I lost the Sim somehow but that's impossible. Why would I magically have another Voda sim in the same pocket I put this one in?

Please suggest something. Anything.

Go to the provider explain the situation they should get running for you. If they blocked it only they can unblock it.
