The figures don’t look good for Microsoft, the latest set of results shows that IE has posted its largest market share loss since 2008.

no surprises there.... IE is about as friendly as a swift kick in the head.
 
And then there are websites that actually have a icon saying " Designed for Internet Explorer"!!! Aaargh! If only more websites will understand, FF, Opera and Chrome is also part of the internet and users use them also!
 
IE has got the same problem as Firefox, it's slow and takes up too much real estate on my desktop.

It's a real pity Google takes so long to remove the 'beta' or 'dev' badge from their products....I'm running Chrome 4 (dev channel), it's insanely fast and stable to use.

Love it! :)

I really like the browser but its lack of extensions has me sticking with FF. If Chrome was as add on friendly as Firefox I'd be there like a bear.

Already busy testing add-ons with Google Chrome 4.....should not have to wait too much longer. ;)

Window manager issue, I used to experience that.

Now that you mention it I think it resolved itself on it's own. Check that out! Linux is so clever that it fixes itself! :p

Also I guess this means that HUGE drop that IE had a month or two ago where it was recorded at 47% was erroneous? As I recall it was being looked at as the numbers didn't make sense, I guess that it was a mistake of some sort, as I never did see a follow up article regarding those figures.

If a website is coded for IE only like some out there and don't work for me I simply do not visit the page.

Santam comes to mind very quickly! :(

When I want to login with Chrome (Windows Vista) or with Firefox (Ubuntu), I just get a stoopid message saying that ''due to technical reasons, only IE is supported''.

How dof is that?
