Microsoft 365 subscription extra charges

Wonder if other OP's have experienced that Microsoft billing has been charging an extra R0.25 on the monthly credit card payments.
Queried this with Microsoft but state it is the bank. The tax invoice does not show the R0.25, the bank deny but blame Microsoft.
Any possibilities?

NB: Thanks but it is NOT a international fee for certain.

A number of banks have started charging an international payment fee. I'm guessing it is that?
