Hint it is about ensuring the Windows Calculator App is up to date NOT only the operating system level.

Whooow. How do you know that? I was the first one reporting that since the windoze v1607 came out, GP editing was not honoured anymore. It become provisional subject to MS approval, not mandatory. As you still think you could control updates, you must be incredible stupid.
