Microsoft has taken aim at Google’s Chrome browser in its latest security post, saying it contains a security vulnerability.

In this specific case, the stable channel of Chrome remained vulnerable for nearly a month after that commit was pushed to git.

The stable channel updates every 6 weeks. What did they expect? Edge only updates twice a year. Pathetic.

Don't take it so personal. It's only a browser.

Understand the context. Microsoft identified and reported the CVE to Google. They used it to compare the sandboxing model of Chrome vs Edge.

Afaik Edge had less security vulnerabilities than Chrome at some point.
