Has anybody had this error:
Sending' reported error (0x800CCC13) : 'Cannot connect to the network. Verify your network connection or modem.'?

It sends and receives just fine, it just keeps wanting to send something that isn't there, and then it gives me this error. The outbox is empty
 
Create a new PST mail store,set the new store to the default,remove the old store. Try sending and receiving

What usually happens is a Read receipt notification gets stuck in the outbox for some arb reason and you can't get rid of it without using some fairly complex software or redoing the PST

I agree, had the same problem a few times. Remove the PST file, create a new one and import again.
