Hi All,

Until a week ago, I was using Lotus Notes as me e-mail software. Now our company has switched over to MS Outlook 2013.

One of my customers would always send me their orders as pdf files generated by SAP without a problem, when using Lotus Notes. Now with MSO, the attachements no longer show up as .pdf but rather as .eml and if I open that .eml attachment all I get is a new window within MSO that is blank and useless.

Anyone know how to fix this ?

Thanks
Vic

Take one of the (smaller) eml files as a test and change the extension to txt. Open in notepad and check what type of file it really is. Usually says in the first few letters. Then close it and rename it back. Post here if you are unsure.
