about god damn time - what a mission it was to get my Surface Pro 3

Microsoft say the same thing every year ...

relooking? Review, revising, revisiting and in some cases "relook" but "relooking"?

I will be quietly hopeful that they do start offering these things in this country...

I really want to get my hands on a Surface Pro 3.

There is such an incredible opportunity for Microsoft here in South Africa, and then to branch out from here to the rest of Africa with Windows 10 Phone, OS, hardware, other software.....I really don't understand why we cannot buy a Surface tablet here. :(

What if Microsoft releases a cheaper Surface tablet for Africa, it would sell like hotcakes!! We all know electricity is not always available (thank you Eskom), so if you have a capable device with the latest OS and lots of battery life, it would surely give Microsoft the edge in Africa??

I don't buy their lame excuse. If they can launch Xbox in South Africa, surely they can launch Surface Pro. Not that I am interested in the Surface in any event.

A mate of mine has been running a Surface Pro 2, for just over a year now. That thing is amazing. He runs Photoshop and all the usual business stuff, with absolutely no worries or speed issues. He is getting his i7 Surface pro 3 500 gig next week and I am sooooo jealous! That thing is ridiculous. Once you have worked on a Surface, and PROPERLY used it for business, there is no going back.

Got my surface pro 3 i5 128gb in October last year. Best PC/Laptop/Tablet I have ever used.

Work laptop is gathering dust together with my iPad. Didn't think that would ever happen.

Go figure. It really is that flexible. Photoshop. Lightroom. Office. And 8 hour battery life. Love it.

How much did it cost?

Surface is the new standard in Business. We've being using them (Pro 1,2 and now 3) over the last 2 years, and they all still kick ...

Got it in the US from a friend, was around R13.5k all in with a StickerBoy carbon fibre look 3M back skin - looks the shiz :)

That includes the Type Cover.

Compared to other ultrabooks - it's excellent value.

kick ... kickstand ;)

From a productivity perspective it is the one device to rule them all. MS has a winner.
